Day 6 – Focusing on upper body tricep and back.
I’m still hurting a bit from the leg workout on Friday. It’s amazing how long it can take to recover when you’re out of shape! And honestly, I have been in a lot worse shape than now. There has not been a day where I haven’t been sore, and not just a little.
I have decided that it takes way too much time to post every exercise I do for each workout, plus I don’t really think there is a whole lot of value in it. For now, just posting means I’ve completed another workout on my way to a 6 pack, and that’s motivation enough.
Hopefully the pictures start showing a change in my body. As of now, it looks about the same, but I’m starting to feel a lot better. Still not 100% on the diet, but I’m making a few better decisions here and there where I may have failed before. Things are happening!
